FREIGHT / SHIPPING

Freight charges will be added to all items if they are shipped from our warehouse in Sunnyvale, Texas. A customer can pick up product from our Sunnyvale, Texas warehouse During Normal Business Hours. FENCE SUPPLY INC. will determine the best way to ship all orders and all prepaid orders for the lowest cost. Most UPS ground shipments take an average of one or two days to arrive at your business. We ship most items via UPS ground service. UPS Next Day Air, 2 nd Day Air, and 3 rd Day Air are available at an additional cost. Some items can be drop-shipped from the factory to you. Fence Supply Inc. can arrange all of the shipping requirements needed related to items purchased from us.

CLAIMS & SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

Claims due to any cause must be made within five (5) business days from receipt of goods. Examples are: Defectives, DOA’s, and Freight Damage. We want to assure you of the best possible service and although we take the utmost care in being sure we fill your order accurately, if after receipt and inspection of your order a shipping error or discrepancy is discovered please contact we and we will correct the problem immediately. Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of order with any shipping errors or discrepancies.
